Find out which phase you're in — and what it's asking of you right now.
If you're caring for someone living with dementia, you already know the days don't look the same. Some weeks you're reacting to whatever just happened. Some weeks you can almost see what's coming.
Ten questions. At the end you'll know which of the five phases you're in, what matters most in that phase, and the one next step that fits where you actually are.
Before you start: there's no right phase. These five don't measure how well you're doing. They describe what your life is asking of you right now.
They also don't run in a straight line. A hospitalization, a new behavior, a job change, or one hard family conversation can drop you back into Shock & Scramble. That isn't failure. That's dementia care.
